Small Groups
Our dream is that Hill Country Bible Church Pflugerville be a place where no one stands alone. Connecting in life-changing relationships make all the difference in life. We believe that small groups are the best place to connect in these kind of friendships. That’s why we invite everyone in our church to be a part of a REALife group.
Find the group that's right for you here.
What is a REALife Group?
REALife Groups are home-based, small groups that meet weekly for friendship, spiritual growth and interaction with God’s Word.
When do groups meet?
REALife Groups meet throughout the week in semester commitments. Our Spring semester groups begin in February and our Fall groups begin in September.
Where do groups meet?
REALife Groups meet in the comfort of homes throughout Pflugerville, Round Rock and northeast Austin.
What happens in a group?
People of all ages meet in the comfort of a living room. A typical group meeting will include food, conversation, Bible study, and prayer. Groups will also do many social activities outside of their normal group meetings.
How long is a group meeting?
Anywhere from 1.5 to 2 hours.
What about my kids?
Many of our REALife groups have childcare arrangements for young children with babysitters in the same home or a nearby home. Our small group map will identify which groups have childcare available.
If you have middle school or high school age students, they can join a student small group which also meets throughout the week.
How do I pick a group?
We do sign-ups for groups twice a year - Spring and Fall. Once the semester has finished, you will have a chance to sign up again for the same group or choose a new group.
How do I become a group leader?
If you are interested in leading a group here's where you start, contact Josh Howlett about the possibility of leading during the next semester.
